We will not accept the return of user damaged products.

Diffusers

You may return any of our diffusers within 14 days of your date of purchase, or the date you receive the diffuser, whichever is later, for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping. The diffuser must be unused and still in its original packaging, with all parts and accessories.

Fragrance Oils

We do not accept returns of fragrance oil.
